Event journal

The journal shows everything that happens on the server: register writes, behavior changes, injections and attempts to write into locked registers. It is shared across all users and keeps the last 1000 events in memory - a server restart wipes the records. New events appear in the table immediately, no page reload needed. The page loads records via GET /api/modbus/journal, live events arrive over WebSocket /ws/events.
